Before achieving success in real estate, Nakeisha Smith demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit through her 12-year journey as the founder and leader of HREnhanced, LLC, a highly successful Human Resources Consulting Firm. During this time, she built a reputation for helping businesses optimize their HR strategies, streamline operations, and empower their teams. Her experience as a business owner honed her skills in leadership, client service, and strategic problem-solving—foundational qualities that continue to drive her excellence in the real estate industry today.

Prior to relocating to Texas, Nakeisha Smith was raised in Brooklyn, New York, a place that will forever be a part of her DNA. Having experienced the challenges and excitement of relocation firsthand, she brings a unique understanding and empathy to her clients' journeys. This personal connection is what drives her passion for helping others make smooth transitions. To date, Nakeisha has successfully assisted over 15 families relocate from cities such as New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington, D.C., North Carolina, and Maryland, making her a trusted expert in the relocation process.
